Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery charges are PKR 500 per order, paid in advance at the time of ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 7–8 working days of confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. For COD orders, delivery charges of PKR 500 must be paid in advance and the remaining balance is collected upon delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

es. You can place your order online and pick it up directly from our factory in Multan. This saves you the PKR 500 delivery charge. Contact us after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned within 7 days of delivery at your own expense.

Can I return a product?

Yes. Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer's own expense.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will assess the situation and work to make it right.

Do you offer custom products?

Yes. We offer custom product solutions for businesses for example, stoves built to specific dimensions or requirements. Contact us directly to discuss your needs.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

We work with businesses on larger orders. Contact us directly to discuss pricing and lead times for bulk purchases.

How do I pay the delivery charges in advance for COD?

Delivery charges of PKR 500 can be paid in advance via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer when placing your COD order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched we will share tracking details with you so you can follow your delivery.

Are your products made in Pakistan?

Yes. Every Prime Concepts product is designed and fabricated locally at our factory in Multan.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a retail store. However, customers can visit our factory in Multan by appointment to see products in person or collect their order.
